During an idle moment I encountered an image (from http://www.wharf.co.uk/2008/04/) of the new ECF Director of Marketing and here it is:
White has played 1. e4 and 2. Ke2 is apparently on the cards as a follow-up.
Curiously a Black piece appears to lurking on h5...
Anyone able to work out what is happening in this position?

Re: Summary of Funding Proposals for AGM
with apologies and 'hat tip' to Chessbase puzzles
A) White is poised for a winning K march
B) the position is completely unbalanced: the other player is Charles W Wood
C) White will resign long before the first time control
