Who is Garry Willson?

Received an email circular allegedly on behalf of Bill Armstrong sent by Garry Willson.
I assume GW is a member of staff of PaySubsOnline along with Dave Evans.
Anyone able to confirm?
It would appear that there are three distinct mass email mechanisms: one for all paid-up members from PSO, one sent out by
www.sut5.co.uk and another for ECF Officials.
Anyone know the difference between the targets for the first two?

Given the above, I'll have to think of GW as a fictitious character until such time as he posts on ECF forum and then this one.

He's the office manager of the ECF. If the federation website was available I'd be able to check if his names appears on the relevant page

Gary Willson is a genuine person. Indeed, he is a chess player, belonging to Hastings & St Leonards Chess Club, as is his son, Ollie, who, according to the latest grading list, out-grades his father by 62 points. Gary is also shown as Minutes Secretary, so I'm hoping that, to the extent the system allows him, we will be getting a better service in the future.

He's a top guy, one of the best. Formerly with County Council 'Learn Direct', ran a highly successful junior club at Hastings Club until this season, diligent and organised captain of our league third team, and above all no one's fool. Unqualified endorsement from me.

After the above endorsements by Julie D & Paul B I now have no option but to believe and trust in GW.
