According to the Agenda
The Procedural Bye Laws prescribe that the Chairman of the meeting shall seek to end the meeting by 6:00 p.m.; but it may be extended to 6:30 p.m. if Members wish. Further extensions can be made if Council votes to suspend the Bye Laws.

So Phil has managed to get Alex re-elected with a landslide and David O to beat Malcolm too - tactically naive whatever his strategy

A fine day's work. No CEO, no commercial director - a governance chairman who feels able to intervene on the eve of a vote for a board and no discussion of the Pearce Report.

And he has nobody to blame but himself.

I think a special meeting to discuss the Pearce Report would be useful albeit no fun for the likes of Ben who would have to travel

I have listened a lot to people telling me what should be done but without the right strategy and tactics you cant get the votes
