I think (GM norms)...

Craig needs 1.5/2 dependent on getting a high rated opponent in the last round.

David Eggleston 2/2 or 1.5/2 with high rated last round opponent

Ameet Ghasi 2/2 with high rated last round opponent

James Jackson 2/2 with GM in last round
