If he wanted 'due credit' perhaps he should have made it available to people who had bought his book, rather than just a circle of friends so small, it didn't even include his publishers.Therefore, any author nowadays deciding to list pages of amendments to the 1987 McFarland edition needs to find out which amendments Gaige himself made in 1994, and to give him due credit.
