Carl,
Have you thought of hosting a British Chess Wiki? Perhaps in co-operation with John Saunders and his BritBase?
I'm sure you would find enough people willing to contribute.
Just another random thought...
Regards,
P.

Considering my workload (private as well as "proper" work) I would be reluctant to be honest, sorry...
I don't mind hosting if you want to do all the hard work?

Carl,
Seems like a plan.
Not straightaway - I'm snowed under with stuff at the moment (some revenue generating, some chess!). How about thinking about this in the second half of February, planning to go live at the start of March?
Regards,
P.

Paul,
Excellent idea. What kind of content do you envisage?
I may be able to provide a hosting solution.
