I was wondering (as you might) which game (s) hold the record for the most consecutive checks by both colours ? :D

Thanks !

My guess is that it would be games between beginners that get down to K+R v K, or K+Q v K, where the side with the rook/queen doesn't know how to checkmate and just gives lots of checks.

Ian,

I am thinking of a game where the checks come from both sides consecutively.

https://timkr.home.xs4all.nl/records/records.htm has six as the record, achieved twice.
