Looking for Official Great Britain Juniors Squad partners for a new International Junior Chess organisation commencing January 2020 but first tester event at end of August 2019 https://greatbritainjuniorsquad.com/official-partners/ to help build a really strong junior chess organisation.

Also looking for 20 micro workers - 1 hour per week work in exchange for 1 vote out of 100 for big decisions we make as a team - ideally parents whose kids have a passion for chess playing and learning. They will have a hot line to me if they need a chat or have any issues.

My chess CV if anyone needs to know a little more about me https://www.chessfunclubs.com/charlie_storey-cv/

I've learnt that your claim to have won over 160 UK Open events is not supported by your sample 10 "excellent open victories" because you did not win 3 of those 10, 2 of which were in the UK:

HI Ian
I dont always link my tournament wins but in some happy to post my lossed, for example the Prague Coaches and Players Blitz event it was nice to show the progress of the juniors year on year. Can you see any now famous players. I have bow won 168 Opens a average of winning 1 in every 2 that I have entered.

I would be surprised if anyone else has a better than 50 percent winning ratio for Open tournaments victories, possibly Arkell or Hebden. Here is my last Open victory from 5 days ago. This is Open victory 168 shared with a former student who I coached when he was 10 to 12 then his Fide Rating rocketed to 2242. I then had to cease teaching him due to Teacher Training / Masters in Teaching and Learning commitments at Kings College London. He has now won his first Open and a lovely moment for me as his early teacher. Nice story.

PS Your deductive reasoning could do with a tweak.

A County Championship isn't really an "Open" as it's restricted to those eligible to compete.

Hi Roger,

A good point, however, you will see that this is a very strong Open County Championship, infact it is stronger than many Opens across the country, so I am still happy to include it as an 'Open' victory as there are also other lower sections in the County Championship.

You do make a very interesting point though.

I am formailising the roles for the new greatbritainjuniorsquad.com/official-partners/

I am setting it up with voting rights for every Project manager that takes a role.

In simple Terms there is;

1 vote for every Official Partner who becomes our greatbritainjuniorsquad.com County Manager
1 Vote that every parent that becomes a 1 hour per week Project Manager see how to become this https://greatbritainjuniorsquad.com/official-partners/ Approximately 20 Roles = 20 votes
5 Votes for each of our National Tournaments
50 Votes for our World Tour Event Organiser
25 Votes for our World Tour Event ''Qualifiers' Organisers.

I would welcome a player of your experience to help the organisation grow - Do let me know if you are interested at some point in the future - We already have a number of parents interested in helping this new organisation which is offering more choice to parents and therefore giving better value for them and their Kids against pr existing Academy or pre existing junior organisations.

Our offering is unique in that we Team GB and not one particular nation.

All good things,

FM / FT Charlie Storey PGCE

This raises an interesting point though. I saw that you'd used the term Team GB on your website, for instance here. e.g.
Great Britain Junior Squad Team GB Official World Tour events
and
To become a Team GB player you have to play and qualify in Great Britain tournament which is held every 6 months.
But isn't Team GB a trademark?
Team GB is the brand name used since 1999 by the British Olympic Association (BOA) for their Great Britain and Northern Ireland Olympic team. The brand was developed after the 1996 Summer Olympics, and is now a trademark of the BOA.

Is it registered at Companies House?

I somehow suspect that Justiin is familiar with the barristers' rule that says you should never ask a question to which you do not already know the answer.

I didn't believe you, so I checked your open results over the past 10 years. I make it 9 first or equal first out of 31 entered.

That is 29%

I can see why your bid might have failed.

Please explain where my research failed. I counted all of your ECF rated tournaments over the last 10 years. Are you counting unrated opens? I look forward to your explanation and contrary evidence.

Well perhaps I can look silly too?
I see on your website you claim:
We only use elite experienced International Chess Master Coaches for preparation and for our International trips who have achieved incredible things in the Chess Kingdom.
and continue:
You may have heard of some of our Elite Master Chess Coaches;

FM / FT Charlie Storey PGCE (Many Chessbase Products) Winner 168 Open Tournaments – Chess rating over 3000 on Chess24.com
Now my question is: when has a FIDE master been an International Master?
