Notes on the Life of Howard Staunton

Does anyone have a copy of John Townsend's book " Notes on the Life of Howard Staunton" ( 2011) that they would be willing to sell me ? I've already asked John - he doesn't have any left.
I have copies of his later book " Historical Notes on Some Chess Players" but a customer is hoping to obtain the earlier one as well.
