Killer Dutch DVD!

Post by Simon Williams » Wed Jan 27, 2010 5:40 pm

Hi Everyone,

I (semi!) apologise for the following post as it is advertising a product but please give us chess professionals a little leeway!

It is hard enough making a living at the game, so we have to try everything and I honestly believe that the product I am selling is the best out there and I hope it makes its money back so that there can be many more!

GingerGM Publishing in association with Chilli Pepper Films has just finished producing their first DVD: the 'Killer Dutch'. This is a DVD that concentrates on the Dutch Defence, with the main focus being the Classical Dutch. The contents of the DVD is attached to this e-mail.

The DVD has been professionally made and we are hoping that it will set a new standard in chess publishing.

It is presented by myself, Simon Williams. I am a chess Grandmaster from England with an elo rating of 2550. Fortunately for me, I have played the Dutch for over 20 years and this has given me a great deal of experience in this opening.

The 'Killer Dutch' has been produced by a professional production company (Chilli Pepper Films) and the chessboard has been supplied to us by ChessCube.

The DVD is ready for sale through The RRP is £19.95. We are very happy with the standard as it has been edited extensively by a professional production company (Chilli Pepper Films). The total run-time of the DVD is well in excess of six hours.

For more information, including a promotional video and the DVD artwork please visit my website In particular please read the post ... -near-you/

If you would like to stock the DVD at your chess store, please contact me at either or Ideally, we would like to do a payment with order deal and if you would like to view a copy before purchasing, again please contact me via email.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me on the above email addresses.

I hope some of you out there are interested, please leave your comments or if you like email me directly at
