My name is Daniel Rokhvarger and I love sharing my passion and knowledge of chess with others. My classes are tailored to novices and beginners interested in learning and improving at chess. Using the Zoom and Lichess platforms, these interactive sessions are filled with examples and practice exercises to make learning fun and easy. I'm not sure that a 1580 player would normally be called an expert.

I would just like to clarify that the term "Expert" in the original post was intended in the context of understanding the concepts necessary for those starting out to learn and move forward in chess. These sessions are geared towards newcomers and beginners. I apologize for any misunderstanding. I was not trying to purport that I am of expert playing strength.
Generally speaking, I believe that would better describe someone rated around 2000. I have adjusted the title header to avoid any further confusion or misunderstanding- the purpose of the sessions I offer is to encourage more newcomers to get in to chess and for beginners to learn the basic concepts necessary to help them move forward on their chess journeys- wherever they choose to take them; and not to mislead others.
