WANTED - Silman + Palliser opening books

I'm looking for a couple of opening books:
1) Jeremy Silman - A Complete Black Repertoire , Chess Digest 1986 ( Descriptive notation)
2) Richard Palliser - Play 1 d4! , Batsford, 2003. ( I know there is an e-version but I need the Pb)
If anyone has these and is willing to part with them for a sensible price, please either PM me or email to [email protected]
Also, I have continuous requests for the algebraic edition of Capablanca's Best Games by Golombek/Nunn ( Batsford or I.C.E., mid 1990s) so I am always looking to buy this.
