Are Russians still going to be allowed play in European championship events under the FID flag?
There is one entered for the European Seniors this summer. I think he (a player I have met several times) will need to transfer to a ECU federation if he still wants to play.
My understanding is that the upcoming (main not senior) European Championship should be the last in which Russians can play as FIDE.
At least according to the Azmaiparashvili statement on 22 Feb:

I think the transfer comes into force on May 1st so they can play in both the European & European Women's events in March.Tim Harding wrote: ↑Tue Feb 28, 2023 6:34 pmAre Russians still going to be allowed play in European championship events under the FID flag?

Thanks Lawrence. I wonder does this mean that from 1 May Russians will no longer be listed as FID?LawrenceCooper wrote: ↑Tue Feb 28, 2023 7:40 pmI think the transfer comes into force on May 1st so they can play in both the European & European Women's events in March.Tim Harding wrote: ↑Tue Feb 28, 2023 6:34 pmAre Russians still going to be allowed play in European championship events under the FID flag?

It doesn't, unless they have found a new federation.Tim Harding wrote: ↑Wed Mar 01, 2023 11:05 amThanks Lawrence. I wonder does this mean that from 1 May Russians will no longer be listed as FID?
