Michael Adams was top seed and finished 2nd= on 7/9, half a point behind the winner Loek Van Wely.

Congratulations to Keith Arkell who finished 1st on 6/7, half a point ahead of 14 year old Felix Ynojosa, Simon Williams and Azerbaijan GM Namig Galiyev. Felix had a 2443 performance and gained 35 rating points. Maria Wang, England’s representative in this year’s World Under 14 girls, also did well, gaining 25 points.
