what McShane?

Gary Quillan is listed as IM above. Is that right? No reason why he shouldn't be, but I must have missed the moment when it happened.

He got his rating over 2400 in Feb 2009 at the Cannes Open (i think he already had all the norms prior to that)

Pleasing to see that Jonathan Hawkins finally appears as an IM after a very long wait in the title being ratified

Sorry, Jonathan, but your belief is unfounded. If you recall, Luke got his rating up very high previously (just before starting at Oxford, I think). In April 2004 his rating was 2656, just one point below his current rating, and he was ranked 42nd in the world. So his September 2010 achievement might be termed 'the second coming of Luke'!

Does he still work or have interment at Goldman Sachs? Before the first London tournament it seemed like his career was going a different road.
