Engines tend not to rate the abc pawn structure against the isolated a and c structure as that much of an advantage. It would be amazing if Carlsen could win Black's position and perhaps Wang will head for the sterility of an opposite Bishops ending.

For those who like this kind of thing - Naiditsch-Ernst in the B Group has reached Q+RP v Q. Tablebase says draw - Naiditsch needs to win to ensure a tie for first.

63...Qg3+ apparently draws while 63...Qg4+ loses.

Don't ask why!

It looked like a tricky ending for Ernst to defend, his king was in no-man's land, it couldn't get either in front of the pawn or to the opposite corner.
