I can't remember which day it was. I agree that it would apply very well to today.

The text is from an apparent letter written on FIDE notepaper and signed by Ilyumzhinov as "ex-FIDE president".

That looks like a bit of spoof 'fake news' (the swearing fax from KI and NF - why would they sign and send that together?)
