They were registered as G/110 + 10" increment.
Thanks. Why so short? Seeing as its 1 game per day, whats the rush?

The Challengers and Amateurs events are held in the morning and have to vacate the space needed by the main event in the afternoon.

A few crazy people play both morning and afternoon. It's nice to have the space and sunshine in the morning games but the time limit is fast.

Unless you are on a plus score you will probably play your games in the Open down in the basement restaurant. Sea view but more cramped.

When do they start taking entries?
Ah, but I was so much older then. I'm younger than that now.

The website seems to be accepting entries. I'm awaiting confirmation...

I hope none of the elite GM's read this and start prepping against me.

My early entry to the masters has finally been rejected on account of my playing strength. Surprising as there were several players weaker than me last year.

It puts me in the novel position of being too strong for majors and too weak for (strong) opens!

Stuart mentioned there have been over 100 entries from India.
