How is the voting taking place? Is it a card vote?
There was a vote to choose scrutineers, Even though they really are believed to be fair, it may be significant that a Dvorkovich supporter got over 100 votes. A conspicuous Makro supporter got only 60 something.
It is a secret ballot.
ECF (and Malcolm) on the losing side, then?

Upthread Andy Howie suggested he knew in advance. Were Scotland planning on voting for Nigel?

I think they would have had to be naïve not to view this as, at least, a possibility. It seems to me (and, I'm sure, to others) obvious that Nigel realised he couldn't win and so, perfectly sensibly, has done his best to ensure that the least desirable (in his view) candidate doesn't.

It was fairly predictable, perhaps moreso after the result of the scrutineers election when it became clear Dvorkovich was going to prevail.
