publicity for female chess

Post by Rob Thompson » Fri Sep 17, 2010 9:44 pm

I noticed this article earlier this evening, revolving around a match played earlier this summer between Sabrina Chevannes and Dr Evan Harris, formerly MP for West Oxford and Abingdon and currently president of the Westminster Sceptics. He also endorsed a chess DVD (the clip can be foundhere). Sabrina, of course, has recently helped launch Chess in Schools and Communities.

Sabrina won the game, btw.
True glory lies in doing what deserves to be written; in writing what deserves to be read.

Hi

I have just noticed this post only now! The shoot wasn't actually to publicise myself at all actually... it was purely for the campaign that Evan was running and to be published in Geek Calendar. I am surprised people saw it!!
