So 2 Northern 'Derbies' and 1 Southern
1850,Minor and Open are all 200 miles plus apart so much to be discussed on either 5 mid-points or 1 central venue given there is only 4 weeks to organise venues/transport/accomodation

Yes, G Man play Yorks home or away in the NCCU, and Cleveland at York, we played Herts at Water Orton a few years back
I assume Middlesex and Essex can sort themselves out
Not sure there's an obvious choice of neutral venue to be a fair place for more than 1 match

Yeah harsh on Sussex if we went Cov/Brum neutral venue for all 3 of the distant ones ..presume Cambridge venue for Lincs vs Sussex as about 105 miles each

Yes, Cambridge and Saffron Waldron
Northumberland and Surrey might be Chesterfield or Worksop
G Man and Herts maybe Coventry

The venue for Lincs vs Somerset was very good. According to AA Route, Brighton to Bearley is about the same time/distance as Grimsby to Bearley. A North-South mid-point is probably achievable, although there are not so many motorways there.

Congratulations to the Surrey Open Team and Commiserations to the Surrey U2050 Team.
I note that in the Final Surrey will be playing Northumberland. I hope that a central venue can be found which both Counties can reach.

Surrey played Northumberland in both Open and U-2050 last year. Both matches were played in Newark although at different venues.
Of more concern is the clash of the final with the World Senior Teams, which will affect a substantial proportion of the Surrey players.
