Live And Let Die, A View To A Kill - the latter quite possibly the best thing DD ever did.

I think Juga Di Prima has the ideal style for a James Bond theme song. Take a listen and see what you think: https://youtu.be/21QpsK7LRM4

Patrick McGoohan?
IIRC because he did not approve of Bond's (lack of) morals.

Apologies : I made an error with the wording of my question.
It should have been

Correct. A quizzers favourite and generally unexpected.Kevin Thurlow wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 3:56 pm"Who was the first British person to portray James Bond on radio or television?"
Bob Holness?
"I'll have a P please Bob" Holness played 007 in the radio dramatisation on South African radio between 1955 and 1958.
It is not clear who played Holly Goodhead and since Lois Chiles was born on April 15, 1947 it is unlikely it was her.

Yeah, not too sure about the lack of morals thing but quite possibly true.

Patrick McGoohan did refuse to do sex-scenes as his wife might be upset, so it could be that.
