Facebook / Meta account locked out

A few weeks ago I found that I was locked out of my Facebook / Meta account at
https://www.facebook.com/john.upham
I received zero explanation of any kind from Meta. Not a single email, nothing.
Does anyone have any experience of this and have any tips for regaining access?
Your help will be much appreciated.
