Up date on Peter A Williams

Post by Peter D Williams » Tue Oct 23, 2012 4:33 pm

I thought i do an up date on Peter after some comments about Peter life/ over social isolation and experiments were on here in anther thread.I am sure that others also on here may share these weird ideas about Peter life

Peter at college studying A Level Physics Maths English and BTEC Creative Media Production.
Peter also a member of a trampoline club in which he takes part in competitions and has won medals :D
Peter also a rather good long distance swimmer.
Peter leads a very active social life meeting with friends doing all the normal thing one would expect a lad of his age to do including playing x box games with his mates Sam/Conner.
Peter also has a girlfriend :D
His long term aim is to go to university.
Very little chess is played due to the above!

No experiments have been done on Peter as far as i know  Tip for today do not believe all you see in a tv programmer which is often cut and pasted to suite the film maker.

Hope this helps now i off to make a cup of tea and lets hope Carol makes anther one of her yummy cakes hint!

Thanks for the update Peter. I personally find it really impressive that Peter jnr. has managed to reach a slowplay grade of 231 at the age of 16 while doing all that. Congratulations to him!

I do hope that Peter doesn't finding playing chess as excruciating as I did being on the ECF board

I think there be less chess. Apart from one last event for this year. I very much doubt we will re-new his membeship of ECF no point if your not playing many chess games.
Good to see the postive posts on here. :D

At 16? Clearly not the chess prodigy type after all, then.

Truly a 'god' amongst chess players - I think Peter should write a book:

"How to be a super Chess Player and get a girlfriend"

Have we got any stats on this phenomenon? :D
