Kingmaker

Post by John Townsend » Mon Mar 18, 2013 6:54 pm

Does anyone play Kingmaker, a board game set in the Wars of the Roses? Years ago I spent many an hour playing against my son. Our games were decided mainly by analytical factors, but I can imagine it is an even better game with more players, and diplomacy could then become an element. Do you know of any clubs or competitions?

A friend did at University, I think, and is a member of a board game club possibly in Wimbledon

Is that vague enough

Yep remember this well. I think my mother bought it for dad and we used to play as a family some Sunday evenings ... crikey it must be 30 years ago?
