What does naturalizing mean in:

they have contributed to naturalizing the constructs of economy, politics, religion, kinship, and the like as the fundamental building blocks of all societies.

Means they made them appear natural?

Would need more context for that, was it meant metaphorically or literally?

"trousered" is a slang expression meaning to receive money, often with an implication that its receipt was improper in some way.

"a few highly trousered" probably means a few people who received a lot of money.

"Means they have newly acquired wealth?"

Not necessarily, they might have been wealthy already, it could mean someone with a lot of money suddenly has more.

The origin of the expression is that if you receive money you would put it in your trouser pocket.
