Hi Guys,

I am looking for a chess lodger for my 2 bed apartment in Morpeth. (10 metres from main bus station)

Here is my criteria if your interested.

1. Passionate about Chess

2. £500 month + includes all bills except food.

3. Study partner for chess / free coaching / Blitz games.

4. Can help organise Junior and Adult FIDE tournaments in 6 months time (paid positions)

5. Must pass a CRB Check

6. £250 returnable deposit.

So the going rate for room rentals in Morpeth is about 3 times the rate in London? :shock: (or did you mean £5.00 per month in Morpeth :lol:).

I'd prefer Morpeth to London, but not at that price differential :)

Yes Morpeth is one of the best players to live within the UK - And I am the best Chess roomate to have in the UK - 'cos I'm lovely and a brilliant - let me repeat a brilliant chess teacher. So if you are passionate about chess it is highly likely you will see a considerable improvement in your chess ability.

No dimwits though... so don't waste my time if you have a mind set like the first person that responded to my advert.
