MCCU and ECF Membership Scheme
I understand from an e-mail from Julie, the CEO, that MCCU's delegate at the ECF meeting has been asked to support the ECF membership scheme proposals because a clear majority of MCCU counties have declared themselves in favour of membership.

Re: MCCU and ECF Membership Scheme
Based on emails received I have in favour - MCF, Derbys, Staffs, Lincs, Notts, Worcs, Warks, Leics
Against - none
I don't know about Shrops, Hereford or Northants although we hear little form either of the latter
Would be good if we were unanimous

The biggest vote-holding thing in MCCUland is the Birmingham League, with 6 votes. Their meeting will be on October 10th.
