I accept that 'arsehole' is a phrase too far, whatever the provocation and frustration. There are limits. I will try and maintain a higher standard going forward.

that is good. if you have an issue with a director of of the ecf why not a) approach them directly or b) contact the chief executive c) raise it at the agm - i suspect you are more likely to achieve behaviour modification or receive an apology that if you air the issues abusively in public.
