The Big Daddy

I thought this would be a good place to investigate this.
What is the highest BCF/ECF grade ever achieved and who was the owner?
Lose one queen and it is a disaster, Lose 1000 queens and it is just a statistic.

A 282 by Morozevich in 1995 is the highest I can find, it is here:-

I think that there is a 290 rated player in the grading database accessible by the graders! Can't remember who but he/she played like less than 5 games so it's really only a performance rather than an actual grade (which would have to be based on 30 games).

Actually, after searching the current top rated players I thought that it would be better to find out who was the top 'A' rated player, i.e. one who has played at least 30 ECF rated games in England.

I think I prefer the first one, it must be harder to find an A grade player who has had a long season as there are not enough big events in England to rouse the super grand masters from their dark rooms of analasis.
