400 point cut off

According to chess.com, FIDE have announced the abolition of the 400 point cut off when a higher rated player faces someone more than 400 points lower. This will only apply to players rated 2650 and above.
Presumably this is to prevent Nakamura's rating riding off into the distance as he qualifies for the activity requirement of the Candidates by playing in relatively minor US events.

The rule seems also to apply to all Blitz and Rapid ratings.
