Grading

Why is it the grading list only comes out once a year, surely there is a better way for the grades to be more upto date
Because it needs 12 months' of data to work, due to its algorithm.
The only way would be for it to take the last 12 months' games, but this falls down for several reasons:
1) Graders often take several months to grade their games
2) Richard Haddrell would have to check it permanently, which is too time-consuming
3) The dates of the games are not always known
4) Leagues only report results once every season
