I played him in round 1 of an Adam Raoof norm event at Hampstead in 1999. He was outplaying me but I was able to trick him enroute to my final norm.

I vaguely recall expecting him to play that against me but our game continued with 3...e5.

I've had the privilege of play Přibyl in the Prague Open in 2008 when I was a lot more keen on over the board chess.
As white I have had a ridiculously passive position which I somehow converted into a draw. Being roughly 300 points lighter that my esteemed IM opponent he was not happy and in the analysis afterwards he was too complementary about my game - to be fair he has had a point.
