Can anyone explain the Round 2, board 25 pairing to me? Why is Lutsko not paired against someone who won in Round 1, like other higher-ranked losers are?
The second question would be how he came to lose a completely winning position in Round 1. On time, maybe?

I've only had a quick look. Both players on Bd 25 are top half. Therefore both would be credited with an extra point. That explains the pairing. (1 v 1.5)
What is less obvious is why, with 60 players, was pin 32 in the top half. I can only assume that some players have been removed so the draw for round 1 was based on more players.
