Cornwall County Championship 3-5 May 2019

Formerly a closed event, this congress is now open to all comers. There are three sections: u190, u150 and u110 (includes ungraded novices). Fair point - the top section is limited to those graded under 190. I just wanted to emphasise that one didn't need to be Cornish or resident in the county.

So the best two Cornish players (that I'm aware of) aren't eligible to win the county championship because they're too good, and the third best one will become ineligible if his grade goes up by a few points, back to the best he's been recently.
