Galway Chess Congress 2020: 20th to 22nd March

Entries are now open for the 2020 Galway Chess Congress, which will be held on 20th to 22nd March at the Menlo Park Hotel, Galway. We have a prize fund of €2500, and we will even pay your prize to you in sterling should you wish. There are three sections: over 1800 (approximately 150 ECF), 1200-1800 (70-150) and under 1200 (under 70). We already have one grandmaster entered in the top section. Full information about the tournament, including a guide to local accommodation, is on the Congress webpage, and you can also enter online there. We're looking forward to seeing you in March.
