Three day, six round congress consists of three sections:
Open, Major and Minor.
The Open and Major are FIDE Rated.
The Minor is ECF Rated only and is restricted to players under ECF 1600 and to ungraded players who do not have a FIDE rating.
The Major is under 1940 FIDE.
