Is this likely to run this year?
The normal time slot is mid-August.

I made them the website several years ago, but they have never used it - except to post last year’s dates. They didn’t even post the results of last year’s event, which upset some people.

It seems something is afoot, weekend 15th-17th August, and they may even have new sponsorship, but it’s only on Chess Results, not yet on any calendars:

Aha! There now appears to be online entry at Congress Org. Looks like the event is still organised by Alan Atkinson.
