The details of the 15th Birmingham League Rapidplay are:

Date: Sunday, October 23rd
Venue: Quinborne Community Centre, Ridgacre Road, Quinton, B32 2TW
Chief Arbiter: Dave Thomas
Sections: Open, Major (max grade 175), Intermediate (max grade 150), Minor (max grade 125)
Prize Fund: £1,005: Open (£200, £100, £50; grading £25), Other Sections (£120, £60, £30)
Entry Fees: Open: Adults £16, Juniors £12. Other Sections: Adults £13, Juniors: £10. Late fee of £3 for entries postmarked after October 17th. There is a £5 late fee for entries on the day.
ECF Member Discount: A £1.50 refund will be given on the day upon production of a valid ECF Membership card.
Time Control: 20 minutes plus 10 seconds per completed move (hence, games will be played with a digital clock)
Round Times: 1000, 1130, 1300, 1430, 1600, 1730, Prize Giving ASAP after the final round (probably about 1845)
Catering: There will be "hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks" available for most of the day.
