It’s a really nice congress, sadly I can’t make it again this year :(

I have to say the price of the student rooms has crept up since I last stayed there - £80.00 for the weekend, with no telly, kettle and a bit of toast in the morning is probably stronging it a bit. I travel when I play now, but I remember back in the day, there used to be a chef who did a proper fry up in the congress hall, before the games started, for residents.

Think I’d go with a B&B if I stopped over again :)

You mean like the 4NCL's FIDE rated congress in Bolton a few weeks later?
