Absolutely. They tidy up afterwards also.
More than that too. I lost on time in the 4NCL a few years back. "I've lost on time", I conceded glumly to my opponent. Just then, an Arbiter passed by, paused, and said: "You've lost on time".
Their skill-set is broader than you think
