He could be a new category of chess genius and should be treated that way. I think the ECF should consider funding his development straight away. He would of course need to be assessed in person by an expert panel first to assess the level of funding.
Not helping Nick.

As has already been pointed out, it is not suspicion but public domain fact that an account with the name 'DeclanLovelock' was opened on lichess and then has been flagged by the lichess software for using computer assistance during games.

The games played by this account are there to see; they contain some spectacular moves, e.g. the sequence 15. .... Nxc3 followed by the sacrifice Rxc3 and Nc2+ in the game linked below, played within ~20 seconds of white playing 15. Nc3.

To be clear, you read through all the other helpful posts on this thread and singled out my genius suggestion as not helpful?

Are we not straying near the borders of libel, if not across them? I suggest moderators close down this thread

Let’s see some games being put up for analysis.

FSaying someone is probably cheating and probably should be further investigated is more an opinion than a statement of fact, and wouldn’t be applicable to [libel]
I wouldn't rely on that defence
"Do you play chess?"
"Yes, but I prefer a game with a better chance of cheating."

This is my first post here. My comment, sticking to blitz chess only, is that surely it can't have been Declan playing on Sunday. His 10/11 in the Dorset blitz was a rating performance of around 220 ECF, with the lowest rated opponent being ECF 165. The first game in London blitz was a loss against an opponent who had a TPR of 1296 FIDE. It started - we don't need a board for this - 1 e4 c5 2 b4 Nc6 3 b5 Ne5 4 Nf3 Nxf3+ 5 Qxf3 f6 6 Bc4 d6 7 0-0 b6 8 e5 dxe5 9 Qxa8. Switching to classical chess, Allan Pleasants kindly sent me his league game a couple of months ago which, after the opening, featured one move which wasn't my engine's first choice (or very close to it).

Pete,
Are you able to post the Allan Pleasants game? I think a lot of people would be interested to see it.

That looks like an interesting game between two humans.

I’ve got from move 15 to the final move 42 basically as the top Stockfish 10 choice by black every move more or less. Hopefully the Allan Pleasants game isn’t too far away.

It does indeed (although can’t comment on claimed computer correlation). Curiouser. Doesn’t explain where he came from or the performance at LCC though (assuming same person). Maybe he’s just experimenting with different levels of PlayMagnus ;). LCC was Magnus aged 5, this game about 10!
