I just had £2 at 5/4 in my kitchen that Murugan was at some point during his junior career , higher BCF rated than David Howell

Any rating buffs out there?

The bet is like @ 7 Was Murugan higher, at 8, 9 , 10 ,11,12,13 etc etc etc. So when they were said age , a comparsion........
