Hampshire Open Junior FIDE Blitz: Sunday April 7th

Hampshire Junior Chess Association is running a fifteen round open junior FIDE (and ECF) rated blitz event on Sunday, April 7th.

This is the third running of this increasingly popular event for juniors.

The prize fund currently sits at £215 and is likely to increase.

This event ran smoothly and provided 15 ECF and FIDE rated games for almost 40 juniors.

Adam Sefton and Iwan Cave fought it out tooth and nail over the full 15 rounds and Adam won the event for the third time with same score of 13.5/15.
