The ESPCA Inter-Association U11 finals take place this Saturday.
The Farnborough (Hampshire) based Minor Final with six teams may be found here:

and the Macclesfield based Major Final with eleven teams may be found here:

The minor final will be a battle between a strong Barnet team and two evenly distributed Sussex teams.
The major final will be an interesting tussle between the always strong Kent U11 team and the also always strong Richmond team.
Hopefully none of the Major teams will be negatively impacted by the unfortunate Bye in a Team Swiss competition.
The winner of the Major Final will be declared champion association (not county) for 2026.
This is the first season of the IA competition following a newly adopted rule set from the 2025 AGM.
Good luck to everyone!

Re: EPSCA Inter-Association U11 Finals
Both of he Major and Minor U11 EPSCA IA finals concluded successfully.
No surprises in the Major Final with Kent predictably emerging winners, Essex taking the runner-up slot

Kent had their top U11 player Kushal Jakhria (2155) lead their team to victory with a 2445 TPR. Not too awful for someone a few days away from their 11th birthday.
The Minor Final was a much more closely fought affair with the very strong Barnet team being chased by two strong Sussex teams who sportingly distributed their players across their evenly balanced "A" and "B" teams.

Farnborough in Hampshire (the best one by far) was the not before used location for an EPSCA final and was only eight minutes by motor vehicle from the Chief Arbiter. Purely a coincidence.
A fillers event provided rated games (and new rating codes for new players) for all the of teams reserves with trophies for two players on 3/4.
