I've just booked some coaches for next term's school chess matches and they are expensive.
But it more efficient than 2 trips by minibus.
With 5 Surrey secondary schools now each fielding four 6 board teams there will be quite a few 18 or 24 board matches this coming season.
[When I was aged 8 the school said that some football coaches were coming next week. I wondered how playing inside a coach was going to help my football.]
Chess coaches are expensive ;-)

I was misled by the title ... I was going to say that my impression was that they were significantly less expensive than Golf or Bridge coaches ... but I guess that in this case the coaches all cost about the same
