At this year's British Championship a new prize has been announced today in the under 10 Championship[1].
Does anyone know anything about its origin?
Is it a one off or will to be awarded annually?

Presumably named for or established in memory of Neil Carr:

Do you recall Neil Carr of Essex, who died at a relatively young age last year?

The obituary notes that Neil made a name for himself as an Under 10.
