The second National Schools Blitz Championship will take place at The King's School Grantham on Sunday 7th October from 10.45 until 4.00 p.m. Entry is free and done online:

The five-round Team Blitz, which is in the afternoon, is for teams of four players. In the morning, the seven-round Individual Blitz takes place. Individuals are welcome to play and then join a scratch team of players from different schools in the afternoon, if they wish. Refreshments will be on sale.
There are medals for players from the top three schools and trophies for the best five individuals.
