The entry form contains one or two cut and paste errors in dates (2018 instead of 2019).

News has reached me that the West of England event has been cancelled. I am very sorry to hear this, but it does mean that there may be more entries for the South of England, particularly in the U11 section.

Yateley Manor has an absolute maximum of 300 players on any one day, which includes the closed events. We could take a few more, but then conditions for parents would become extremely cramped. It is already a tight squeeze.

Please can I urge you to enter early to avoid disappointment. We must close the doors once the figure above is reached.

Thanks, Andrew

Can I urge all those thinking of entering this congress to do so without delay.

We are reaching capacity in many sections already. At this moment in time, there are still spaces left in all age groups, but this probably won't last beyond the end of this week.

Please check the website for further details.

Exact availability is available at our ' Eventbrite' page.

I wish we could accept entries right up until the day of the event, but we have neither the space nor the facilities to do so.

Now that numbers have firmed up, there may be a possibility that we can take a limited number of extra entries.

Please enquire to: [email protected] for the latest situation.

Thanks for posting. Just looked at the results. No increments being used?

You are right. Another box we can tick next year, along with fully computerised pairings.

Thanks Andrew for series of well run tournaments. The Warwickshire contingent had a great time and I'm certain many will return next year.
