Is there an option in phpBB or phpBB3 to set a flag against a user / users so that posts from them do not waste bandwidth / time by getting delivered by the server to the client?

As mentioned before if you really want to ignore someone you can add them to your foes list in the user control panel section, although this does seem a little excessive?

Or click the profile button against a user post, then select add foe
